Unicorn  Lashes are not responsible if the customer drops / or damages their item(s) if your item  arrives damaged you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the Tracking shows package is delivered.

Unicorn Lashes is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.If your item does arrive damaged contact us ASAP!

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake Email Unicorn Lashes. Make sure you add a subject to your email this helps me attend your needs quicker. send proof of your order and information, and also a picture of the items that you gave received. We will make it right! 

Due to hygiene reasons Unicorn Lashes are unable to accept returns at this stage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you inputted the wrong address you still have the opportunity to fix and correct your address by contacting Unicorn Lashes. the consumer has 24 hours to reach out otherwise there is no further action to resolve the issue.
